Who we are?
Gatwick Rise taken over by new ownership & management in late 2022 and was established in 2008, as Severn Care Ltd to specialise in the care and support of adults with a learning disability and complex needs. We are also able to support people with behaviours that challenge.
Gatwick Rise was founded from the experience it's Director had when his young wife was treated for terminal cancer. The impact the palliative care had, was the basis for the formation of his company to deliver exceptional care for people with Learning Disabilities. Today, Gatwick Rise is managed by a team of Care who want to deliver a quality service by valuing our staff and placing our service users needs and choices first.
Gatwick Rise was created to provide a professional, holistic and personalised environment that is centred on the individual, their needs, choices and goals thus giving them a fulfilling and expanding lifestyle.
What we do
We deliver the very best person-centred holistic care for adults with a wide range of learning difficulties. To do this, we provide a service that meets the needs of every individual service user. Having achieved this, we are able to fully support service users to live as independently as possible.
We offer outstanding residential accommodation with a beautiful outdoor environment in a picturesque rural setting. Gatwick House offers a 3 bedroom house with substantial living, dining and kitchen facilities. Each of the beautifully designed, spacious bedrooms, have panoramic views and en-suite facilities.
We also have 11 individual one bedroom bungalows. These have been designed to cater for those service users who do not suit a multiple occupancy home, and who need high levels of individual support. Both the house and the bungalows are staffed to reflect the needs of the individuals living in them.
